Payment Methods

At Sumi Design, shopping is simple, fast, and secure. We offer several payment methods to allow you to choose the one that best suits your needs.

All transactions are conducted through encrypted connections and protected by the most advanced security standards.

Credit and Debit Cards

Paying by credit or debit card is the fastest method to validate your order: simply enter your card details and confirm the purchase in your cart. We accept major cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express circuits.

3D Secure (3DS) Authentication To ensure maximum security, in compliance with European payment regulations (PSD2), your bank may require an additional authentication step (called 3DSecure).

• How it works: During the confirmation phase, you might be redirected to your bank's page or application to confirm your identity. Validation can occur via a temporary SMS code (OTP), a push notification on your banking app, fingerprint, or facial recognition.

• If you encounter problems: If the authentication process fails or is not completed, the order cannot be activated. We recommend checking if the 3DSecure service is active on your card or contacting your bank directly.

Once authentication is approved, your order will be immediately processed by Sumi Design.

PayPal

PayPal is one of the most widely used and secure online payment systems in the world.

• By selecting this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal website or app.

• Log in to your account and confirm the amount to complete the transaction.

• Upon completion of the process, you will be redirected back to Sumi Design and the order will be instantly approved.

Klarna (Installment or Deferred Payment)

Thanks to our partnership with Klarna, you can defer or postpone payment for your purchases with total convenience using your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

You can choose from the following options:

• Pay in 30 days: receive your products and make the payment within 30 days (for orders up to €500).

• Pay in 3 interest-free installments: divide the amount into 3 convenient monthly installments (for orders up to €3,000).

• Pay now: make the payment in a single solution quickly and securely.

• Financing: extend your payment with flexible plans up to 12 installments.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay allows you to purchase in a few simple steps directly from your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac).

• No need to manually enter card details: authorize payment securely via Face ID, Touch ID, or unlock code.

• Your card details are never stored on the device or shared with merchants, ensuring the highest level of privacy.

Google Pay

Google Pay is the fast and simple way to pay online using the cards saved in your Google account.

• Select Google Pay at checkout and confirm your purchase with a single click.

• It protects your financial information with multiple layers of security, without having to re-enter card details for every purchase.

Advance Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay via bank transfer:

• Timing: Payment must be made within 3 business days from order confirmation. During this period, the products you selected will remain reserved.

• Cancellation: If payment is not credited within the specified terms, the order will be automatically canceled.

• Bank details: The IBAN details and account holder information for the transfer will be provided on the final summary screen and via order confirmation email.

• Reason for payment: We ask you to include only your order number in the reason for payment (e.g., Order No. 12345).

Note: The shipment or production of ordered items will only begin after the actual credit of the amount to Sumi Design's bank account.
